  • Can I book photography and videography services through you?
    Yes, we offer both; photography and videography services!
  • How much of a deposit do you require and when is it due?
    A 50% deposit is required immediately at the time your contract is signed. A contract and deposit must be collected to lock and secure your date.
  • How many weddings do you book each year?
    We only book around 30-35 weddings and engagements to ensure we can be present at our best for each one of our couples. Because of this, our dates do become very limited as the year progresses, so inquire today to ensure we have your date open.
  • Do you charge a travel fee?
    Yes, it depends on the venue location.
  • If my event lasts longer than scheduled, will you stay? Is there an extra charge?
    If our schedule allows; we would love to stay and provide you with additional coverage at an extra charge.
  • What is your booking process?
    After your introductory call with Ramin, you'll receive your customized proposal. Once you’ve decided on the package that’s right for you, we will send your contract and deposit invoice. We need the contract signed and deposit paid to secure and reserve your date.
  • Can I split my hours throughout my wedding day?
    Our hours are consecutive - meaning we can’t split our hours over a full day’s time. The time begins from our first shutter click and ends through our last!
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept, credit card, Venmo and Zelle.
  • Do you travel?
    Yes! We’ll need to know more about the location and details of your wedding. Additional travel fees may apply. Contact us through the inquiry form below.
  • How long do you stay on the wedding day?
    Each package is tailored for 8,10 and 12 hours of wedding coverage. If you want to keep the party going; we will work with you on a customized proposal that fits like a glove. Our average wedding day packages are 10 hours. Smaller weddings may need less time, while larger ones may require more.
  • Will you help me with location ideas?
    Yes! Our welcome package actually is loaded with tons of information about how to plan and prepare for your engagement session, location options and more!
  • How long is the engagement session?
    Our engagement sessions last up to 2 hours for photography and up to 3 hours for photography and videography packages.
  • Do you offer custom packages for weddings and engagement celebrations?
    Absolutely! All of our packages are customizable.
  • Who does all of your post-processing/editing?
    Short answer; We do. Long answer; unlike a lot of photographers and videographers, we do everything in-house. We take an insane amount of pride in our quality of work and the only way to ensure quality control is, well… to do it ourselves. 80% of what we do as a wedding production house is behind the scenes sitting at our computer. We edit every image you receive one at a time and every second of your film with love to keep our style and our brand consistent.
  • Do you have insurance?
    We are fully insured, and are happy to provide your venue with a copy of our insurance as needed.
  • Do you give direction with posing?
    Yes! We absolutely want to capture your special day and the emotions as they naturally happen throughout the day. During your couples session, our photographer(s) and cinematographer(s) will help give you direction when and where needed.
  • What if I don't submit my outstanding items to Loverzdo on time? i.e. pre wedding questionnaire, video song selection(s), photo selections, etc.
    Any late submissions may jeopardize or affect the quality and amount of coverage on the day of your event, the final deliverables and the delivery timeline.
  • How long will my video be?
    Your video(s) will range in length depending on what's included in the package you select. If you want a longer video; please let us know and we can customize your package.
  • Can I pick the music for my video(s)?
    We reserve the creative control to select our songs so we can stay true to our style and tell your unique love story. Although we typically can't guarantee certain songs, we welcome your song and music suggestions. We use our pre wedding questionnaire to determine what style of music to use throughout your video.
  • How is audio captured for video?
    Audio is very important for video, and we always want to make sure it sounds high quality. For your ceremony; we'll put a lavalier mic on the groom, bride, officiant, and work with the DJ to get an additional direct feed. For the reception; we place a small recorder on the main speaking mic, and get additional feeds from the DJ. This might seem like overkill, but your wedding is a once in a lifetime event, and we want to ensure we provide the very best audio quality.
  • What if I want to make changes to my video?
    We want you to love your wedding video(s). We offer one complimentary revision. All revisions must be initiated within 3 weeks of delivery or additional fees may apply.
  • How will we receive our photos?
    You will receive a beautiful private online gallery that you can view and download your photos. You're also welcome to share the gallery with your friends and families.
  • Can we print our photos?
    We do not offer printing services, however with the print release included along with each gallery, you can conveniently download your favorite high quality images directly from your online gallery, and you can print your downloaded photos through your favorite professional photo lab.
  • Can I show you images I’d like to recreate?
    We love to see where you draw your inspiration from. Although we don’t recreate another artist’s work; we do love to see where your vibe and inspiration comes from to create something uniquely yours for your wedding day.
  • How many images will I receive?
    Each package comes with a specific number of retouched images designed to fit the coverage you choose along with a private online color corrected gallery of all images.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    All of our packages include a 7-14 day turnaround time for a social media sneak peak. That's 10 images for photography packages and a 30 second teaser for videography packages. Then the delivery timeline goes as follows: 3 months : Color graded gallery of all image 4 months: Highlight video 5 months : Retouched images gallery 6 months: Long form video Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
  • Will I have a second photographer/videographer for my event?
    All of our packages include a second photographer or second videographer. If your event requires an additional photographer or videographer, we are able to accommodate that and give you a customized package!
  • Can you also photograph/record my rehearsal dinner?
    We would love to! We’ll put together a quote that allows time for you that entire weekend.
  • What if I lose my photos/video(s), didn't download or purchase them before they were removed from the server?
    Your final edited photos and video(s) are available to download for 3 months before the gallery is archived. Once photos and video(s) are archived from the galleries; they are kept in our internal server for an additional 3 months. We charge a $250 fee to pull them from our archives and re-upload them to the gallery server. We keep your photos and video(s) on our external server for up to a year from the date of your wedding/event. We can't guarantee that your images and video(s) will be available after the one year mark from your event.
